Cost for nutrition guides and online personal training:

Assisted stretching - $60 per hour

extra charges for home services

In-person training - Groups of up to 3 participants - $100 per hour

extra charges for home services

$2,500 base tier: 90-day workout program

$4,800 mid-tier: 12-month workout program plus grocery guide, including a one-time adjustment

$7,500 top-tier: 12-month workout program, with dietary recommendations, one hour FaceTime twice weekly for nutrition advice, and guided workouts
